Shipping and Returns
Packages are prepared within 2 business days. Shipping is handled by DB SCHENKER or COLISSIMO depending on weight and size. Packages are shipped in one shipment. DB SCHENKER will send a text message with a downloadable link to schedule a delivery appointment. Delivery is made Monday to Friday. Delivery "to the foot of the building": no delivery inside the home.
The equipment is usually shipped on a pallet wrapped in black film.
Inspect your goods in the presence of the carrier. If the package is damaged, take a photo and provide a detailed written complaint on the carrier's receipt. Contact our services promptly (+334.78.55.45.69 - contact@planchaelec.com). Any complaint regarding the delivery of the goods must be sent to us within 2 days at the latest.
Returning goods for personal convenience: Please contact our company. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility. PLEASE NOTE: Pack the goods securely in their original packaging. The equipment must not have been used. Refunds will be issued after receipt and inspection of the goods.
