Located in Miribel, near Lyon, Planchaelec offers French-made stainless steel electric planchas. Our 1,500 m² factory in the Ain region is equipped with the latest machining technology. The heating plates, heating element holders, and the belt of your electric plancha are laser-cut. They are then bent on digitally controlled press brakes. The cooking plates of our French planchas are finally welded and finished by hand by qualified personnel.

Always striving for reliability, the final assembly of your electric griddle is carried out following a well-defined protocol. Once the assembly process is complete, we test each unit one by one before packaging. For perfect traceability throughout their life cycle, our griddles bear a serial number.
