The choice of materials fell on stainless steel due to its robustness and hygiene characteristics, which are popular with all catering professionals. Stainless steel is resistant to thermal shocks, and temperature rises and falls more quickly, making it more flexible to use.

The cooking plate made of food-grade stainless steel is 4mm thick and has 70mm-high edges on all 3 sides, making it a great help for holding food in place while handling it during cooking.

These edges allow you to keep juices and drippings on the plate during cooking.

The use of utensils made of stainless steel is permitted because there is no There is no coating on thecooktop, it is solid stainless steel. Scratches caused by the use of metal utensils will not affect the plancha.
