The choice of materials focused on stainless steel due to its robustness and hygiene characteristics, which are highly valued by all catering professionals. Stainless steel is resistant to thermal shocks, and temperatures rise and fall more quickly, making it more flexible to use.

The food-grade stainless steel cooking plate is 4mm thick and has 70mm-high edges on all three sides, making it a great help in holding food in place while handling it during cooking.

These edges allow you to keep juices and drippings on the griddle during cooking.

The use of stainless steel utensils is permitted because there is no coating on the griddle; it is solid stainless steel. Scratches caused by using metal utensils will not affect the griddle.

The dimensions of the LUX 600 griddle are 60 x 45 cm, 20 cm high, and weigh 20 kg. The dripping bowl is made of stainless steel and is removable. It has two independent heating zones, four feet are essential for stability, and the power cord is 1.5 meters long.

Its power of only 2400W guarantees low power consumption and good performance thanks to the heating elements located directly under the cooking plate, all perfectly insulated. It can be connected to a 220-volt/16A outlet.

Two independent thermostats for each zone allow you to precisely regulate your cooking temperatures.

The Lux 600 Stainless Steel Electric Griddle is so easy to use that you'll use it every day; it's made for that.

Cleaning is very simple, it's done in 2 to 3 minutes: With the griddle still a little hot (but turned off), simply add a little water to the plate, scrape off the excess juices with a scraper and rub with a Scotch Brite-type pad, then wipe with a cloth or paper towel. Your appliance is then ready for the next cooking session.

The LUX 600 griddle is available in two finishes: STAINLESS STEEL for an authentic look and CARBON for a touch of modernity. What's more, it's also available in an XXL format, so you can entertain up to 15 guests at the same time: the Plancha Lux 830
